How EA Delivery Works
Each EA is compiled specifically for your MT5 account number for security. After you sign up and provide your Infinox account number, we will:
✔ Compile your personalized .ex5 file
✔ Send it to your registered email
✔ Include your strategy parameters (Shield / Sword / Cannon)
2. Install MetaTrader 5
Download & Install
Download MetaTrader 5 from your Infinox account portal or metatrader5.com. Run the installer and follow the setup wizard.
Log In to Your Account
Open MT5 and go to File → Login to Trade Account.
Enter your Infinox credentials:
Server: InfinoxLimited-MT5Live
Login: Your MT5 account number
Password: Your trading password
Enable Algo Trading
Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors tab.
Check these options:
☑ Allow algorithmic trading
☑ Allow DLL imports (not required, but recommended)
☑ Allow WebRequest for listed URL
Add this URL to the WebRequest whitelist:
3. Install the EA
Copy EA File
Save the .ex5 file from your email.
In MT5, go to File → Open Data Folder.
Navigate to:
Paste the .ex5 file into this folder.
Attach EA to Chart
Open a XAUUSD chart with 1-hour (H1) timeframe:
1. Right-click on XAUUSD in Market Watch → Chart Window
2. Change timeframe to H1 (toolbar)
3. In the Navigator panel, expand Expert Advisors
4. Drag BB_Reversal_EA_v5 onto the XAUUSD chart
Configure Settings
A settings dialog will appear. On the Common tab:
☑ Allow algo trading
☑ Allow modification of Signals settings
On the Inputs tab, your strategy parameters are pre-configured.
No changes needed unless you want custom settings.
Activate & Verify
Click OK. The EA will start and show a license verification screen:
✔ License Verified
Name: Your Name
Plan: Sword | Expires: 2027-04-13
After 5 seconds, the EA will begin monitoring the market. You'll see a smiley face icon in the top-right corner of the chart when the EA is running correctly.
4. Important Settings
Keep MT5 Running 24/5
The EA only trades when MetaTrader 5 is open and connected. For best results, keep MT5 running during market hours (Monday 00:00 ~ Friday 23:59 server time).
Tip: Use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) for uninterrupted operation. We recommend a Windows VPS with at least 2GB RAM.
License Re-verification
The EA verifies your license every 30 minutes automatically. If the server is unreachable, it will use a cached license for up to 7 days. No action needed on your part.
Do NOT Modify
Do not change the following unless instructed by admin:
- InpMagicNumber (trade identification)
- InpAllowedSymbol (must be XAUUSD)
- Risk parameters beyond your selected strategy
